- Hosting or distributing unlawful, harmful, or prohibited content.

4. Payments, Fees, and Taxes
You agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, and taxes associated with your use of the services. Fees may be billed in advance, on usage, or according to the selected plan. Late payment or failed payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Virtual Card and Financial Technology Services
Where VmShell INC offers virtual card, payment, or financial technology services, such services may be provided through licensed banks, card networks, payment processors, or compliance partners. You agree to comply with all applicable partner terms, verification requirements, spending rules, risk controls, and legal obligations.
6. Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for securing your account, applications, servers, credentials, API keys, and user content. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security incident involving your account or services.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate services if we believe you violated these Terms, created security risk, caused service abuse, failed to pay fees, or if required by law, regulation, partner policy, or risk controls.
