3. VPN and Network Extension Usage

VmShellSSR may use Apple's Network Extension capability as a technical mechanism to allow users to manage their own network configurations and perform local network connectivity diagnostics.

VMSHELL INC does not use VPN functionality to collect user information.

The VPN-related capability is used only for user-controlled network diagnostics, monitoring, route verification, connectivity testing, and enterprise network maintenance.

All network configurations, servers, routes, and connections are fully controlled and managed by the user.

VMSHELL INC does not provide VPN services, proxy services, relay services, network nodes, subscriptions, acceleration services, or network access services.

5. Local Diagnostics Only

VmShellSSR may display diagnostic information locally on the user's device, such as:

Public IP address
Network latency

DNS lookup results
Port connectivity test results
Network quality information

This information is displayed only to the user on the user's own device. It is not uploaded to VMSHELL INC servers.

6. No Traffic Storage

VMSHELL INC does not receive, inspect, store, log, analyze, or retain user network traffic.

User traffic is not routed through VMSHELL INC servers or infrastructure.

7. No Third-Party Sharing

VmShellSSR does not share user data with any third parties.

Since VmShellSSR does not collect user data, there is no user data to sell, transfer, disclose, or share.

8. iCloud Backup

If the user chooses to use Apple's iCloud synchronization or backup feature, the related data is stored in the user's own Apple iCloud account.

VMSHELL INC cannot access, read, query, store, or control data stored in the user's Apple iCloud account.

VmShellSSR does not use third-party advertising SDKs, tracking tools, analytics SDKs, or behavioral profiling systems.
